Yoga is an ancient system of physical postures, breathing practices, and meditation designed to integrate body, mind, and spirit that originated in India. Yoga sessions are offered to those who simply want to learn this ancient system and gain its many benefits including increased strength and flexibility, decreased stress, improved digestion and circulation, and enhance breathing. Yoga therapy is appropriate to help you work through a specific dysfunction.
