Yoga

Yoga is an ancient system of physical postures, breathing practices, and meditation designed to integrate body, mind, and spirit that originated in India. Gentle yoga classes are offered through the City of Boulder Parks & Recreation at the East Boulder Community Center. Yoga's many benefits include increased strength and flexibility, decreased stress, improved digestion and circulation, and enhanced breathing. Lori received her 500-hour teacher training in the Yoga of Compassion and taught Guest Yoga at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health for several years.

Please note : that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to miss an appointment and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a $75 no show fee.
